The Village Hall is wheel-chair accessible throughout, and has an accessible toilet. The Recreation Ground has tarmac paths running through grassed areas, but is not all flat.
Main Hall
Offers an ideal space for large events – meetings, conferences and parties, with standing capacity of 220 and comfortable seating capacity of 175. It has a stage, perfect for bands and theatre groups. The audio visual system and screen provide all that is needed for conferences.
With its oak sprung floor it is a perfect venue for dancing.
New Hall
Adjacent to the main hall, the New Hall provides a more intimate space for smaller parties, meetings and events. This hall has a seating capacity of 75 or a standing capacity of 100.
The New Hall has a well-equipped bar and a food service area.
The New Hall opens up onto a balcony that overlooks the hall’s Recreation Ground.
The halls have interconnecting doors that can be thrown open to provide a huge space for major events.
The Hall is a Licensed Premises under the Licensing Act 2003, authorised to hold performance and music activities as well as the supply of alcohol. The Hall holds PRS for Music licence and a PPL licence for the playing of live or recorded music.
Kitchen & Licensed Bar
The Catering Kitchen is a fully equipped kitchen set up to provide all your catering needs for groups large and small.
The kitchen has a Food Hygiene Rating of 5 from NCC.
Our fully licensed bar is also available. If you want to have a bar, we can discuss options including a full bar for large events, a theatre bar for smaller events, or supporting your bar provision.
Recreation Ground
This offers an ideal summer space for families, with picnic tables, children’s play area, state of the art skate park, and zip wire. Formal planting and paths lead down to the start of Deneholme Woods.
